RedCliff's

I know that my last post was also about hiking, so I apologize. We had a wonderful day today with our family. We decided to take advantage of the weather and went to Redcliff's. I was expecting to find water flowing through the pools and enjoying a nice picnic in nature while the kid's dipped their feet in, but it was bone dry! I have never seen it completely dry there before. It was still really fun. We met a really nice couple that are on a road trip around our beautiful country. They run the Official National World War II museum and are originally from New Orleans. CRAZY! After our hike we tried catching crawfish in the stream (only Bryce was very good at it).

Then we went to Gunlock to show the Guys where we saw the tadpoles earlier this week. This time we brought some home with us (I hope they don't die). We have all decided that Bryce is the most talented rock skipper in our family. I can never make it jump more than twice. Well, here is my quote today!
Life is a process of becoming, a combination of states we have to go through. Where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it. This is a kind of death. -Alais Nin-
